My name is Jamale Ellison. I’m in the US Military. I recorded this on my phone in Stuttgart, Germany at a military base. I have been training for the world record in abdominal strength for years. I have discovered that I can easily do sit-ups with up to 540 lbs., but everyone was in disbelief until I actually recorded it one day.
