There is a tendency for youngsters to ask me this question, "What is your advice to me or today's generation or for us youngsters to (specific the industry or problem). They believe that if someone elder to them or who has achieved a lot more than them gives them advice, it will help them or solve their problem - Even without knowing them, their background, who they are, what they do or spending time to understand what their problem is all about.
