Why are there Elemental Weapons in the Kinetic Slot??

Crysthesia 77K was the first Stasis-elemental weapon to find itself in the Kinetic slot. But now in Season 15 we were given the Fractethyst shotgun, another Stasis weapon in the Kinetic slot. In this video, we'll find out why these weapons were placed here, instead of in the energy slot.
