Asia’s First Radical Pleurectomy surgery with HITHOC on an adolescent with Ewing’s Sarcoma

Apollo Proton Cancer Centre (APCC), the first and only Proton Therapy Centre in South Asia & the Middle East performed Asia’s first Radical pleurectomy with HITHOC (Hyperthermic thermic intrathoracic chemotherapy) on a 16-year-old adolescent from South India. Doctors’ claim that such a technique has been used in the operation which has not been done in any hospital in Asia till now
