Queen Elizabeth’s Death Marks New Succession Line For Royal Family

In the wake of Queen Elizabeth's death on Thursday, the line of succession at the House of Windsor has changed. Following Her Majesty's death, her eldest son, Charles, was immediately moved into the role of The King of England. His wife has taken on a new role too. Camilla, will no longer be known as the Duchess of Cornwall. Moving forward, she will use the title of Queen Consort. The King's heir is Prince William, who is now first in line of succession. William and his wife, Kate Middleton, have become The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and Cambridge. William and Kate’s eldest son, Prince George, is now following his father as the second in line for the throne. George’s sister Princess Charlotte, and his brother Prince Louis, are third and fourth in line for the throne.
