In Missouri 1989, a bank robbery appears as an inside job after the banker disappears. But days later when his body is found in a lake, the suspected bank heist turns to a homicide case. The FBI identifies two brothers, Joe and Shannon Agofsky as the culprits. The FBI must find sufficient evidence to link the Agofsky brothers to the murder.
The FBI Files is an American television docudrama series. Each episode describes actual FBI cases which include murder, narcotics, bank robberies, and kidnapping as well as other crimes. These are portrayed through dramatic reenactments and interviews with agents and forensic scientists who worked on the investigations.
