Did you know that Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck initially started dating in 2002 after meeting on the set of Gigli, the first of two films they would both star in before getting engaged that same year. The second film they both starred in was Jersey Girl.
The pair postponed their 2003 wedding before separating in 2004. Both went on to date, marry, and have children with other people; they were each other's "the one that got away" until last year. Before going public in July, Lopez and Affleck were seen together in the middle of 2021. They then got engaged again in April.
Bennifer's marriage has taken 20 years to complete. Jennifer Lopez disclosed in an emotional message to her fans via her "On the JLo" newsletter that she and Ben Affleck married in a private Las Vegas ceremony on Saturday, July 16, 2022.
