The central bank is considering action against DBS, as Singapore's biggest lender battles its worst outage in over a decade. The Monetary Authority of Singapore expects DBS to conduct a thorough investigation. Digital services are down for the second day in a row. DBS serves about five million customers in Singapore. This is the first time in over a decade that it has faced a disruption of this scale. In 2010, customers could not withdraw cash or make payments for seven hours.
