what happens if we eat food products after the expiration that mentioned on them?
Their are three types of dates on food products,
1. Sell-by: Tells the store how long it can display the food for sale. It's best, of course, to buy the food before it reaches the sell-by date. Refrigerate once you buy it, or freeze it for longer storage.
2. Use-by: A date marked on a perishable product, especially a foodstuff, indicating the recommended date by which it should be used or consumed.
3. Best Before Date: The best before date, sometimes shown as BBE (best before end), is about quality and not safety. The food will be safe to eat after this date but may not be at its best.
