Boy Has Strange Power: He Can Generate Electricity From His Hand!

Welcome to Movie Shortens. The story follows sixteen-year-old McGrath and his widowed mother Molly as they relocate to a new town. McGrath’s scientist father died in an industrial accident years before, which may or may not have been caused by a tornado. People McGrath encounters repeatedly tell him that his father "was a really special man," including his father's former colleague. Even stranger, he is unexpectedly visited by "Steel," who appears to be a one-eyed drone. McGrath and Steel team up to form a "turbo fueled superhero" that wears an armored costume and can fly, among other abilities. They're being chased by forces working for the alien "Ultralinks," who appear to be up to no good.
