Refund policies in gaming are a touchy subject. For many games there is no need, but for some... refunds become necessary when it is realized that the product is broken.

Many publishers have similar refund policies and today I want to take a look at what a few of those policies are, how they have been proven to be illegal in the past, and the dynamics at play between major companies who pass the players seeking refunds back and forth until they give up.
