This is my traditionally built Norwegian Stave Church.
During the Viking age and moving into the Middle Ages men from Norway were introduced to cathedrals and churches built from stone as they travelled around Europe.
As Christianity moved North later Kings in Norway converted and churches began to be built.
Relying on their superb woodworking skills from years of longship and wooden house construction, travelling craftsmen emulated the stone construction in wood.
I have added a lot of extra details using the Darkwood structures that came with the Hearth and Home Update.
I haven't used any mods for building, everything is supported with wood iron beams and logs.
This video is a speed build, remember you can slow the video down using the settings on the video, if you have any questions about the build leave me a comment :)
