SUPER IMPORTANT RULES!!!

◆1◆ Squeeze your glutes for every repetition during the exercise. Basically never release it for this 7 min!!!

◆2◆ If your upper glutes are not strong enough yet, it might happen easily that you raise your leg by the action of arching your lower back instead of the power of upper glutes. It can cause lower back hurts, be careful! Promise that you only use the power of your glutes, butt muscles contraction. It is fine that you raise your leg a bit lower as long as you can use the best power of your glutes. Adjust to your condition.
◆3◆ Not use a swing action. Keep following the pace I do.

●1● DO NOT skip glutes stretching after the workout. Glutes stretching helps to grow your muscle and to prevent your lower back hurts.

●2● Take protein 0.0015 - 0.002 × your bodyweight glams per day.
For example, If your body weight is 50kg, 0.002 × 50000g = 100g/day.
And take around 30g of it before the exercise or right after the exercise within 30 min. REALLY IMPORTANT for BOOTY WORKOUT!

●3● Sleep is important for grow and repair muscles. Take enough sleep. Taking a bath is also a good help. And note that alcohol obstructs muscle growth; try to reduce it.
