Lower damage = bad right? Well not in this case. In this video I'm going to go through yet another sunset weapon that caught my eye since people started to mention it again from the last video. So enjoy this one!
Rampage is known to increase a weapons damage output but in the case of Breakneck it decreases the damage since the Pinnacle perk of the weapon Onslaught increases the rate of fire after each stack of rampage (not really only the first stack and the third stack increases the RPM) this still increases the overall DPS of the weapon but the damage display will confuse some players since the perks never state anything about impact numbers being effected by the rate of fire.
This perk combination is perfect for the Shadow Price auto rifle, something along the lines of having a chance to roll with Onslaught as an extra perk when Rampage is present.
Breakneck is a Gambit pinnacle weapon which has been sunset as is now obtainable through the Moment to Lost Light kiosk in the tower.
