There is a life after football. Erik Kramer knows that very well.

After football, life was good for Erik Kramer. He had a family, friends, career as a coach, and we doing fine.

But like all humans, things can get tough. Erik unfortunately had to experience losing his oldest son, and parents, within a two year period. That is A LOT for anyone. We're deeply saddened by his losses, and are thinking of him.

Erik thought there was no way out, and attempted suicide, but fortunately survive and able to tell his story and help those who may be going through difficult times as well.
