Have you ever put lemon peels behind your door? - Here I show you why you should definitely do so!
At first glance it seems strange to put a bag of lemon peels behind your door, but there is a background to it! In this video I show you what it brings and how you can use it properly.
Because what inevitably comes in the summer? The ants and other creepy crawlies. These, of course, you do NOT want to have in the house or apartment. Unfortunately, the small creepy-crawlies but very often find their way into the apartment and then really run around everywhere. Therefore, it makes sense to fight the ants BEFORE they get into the house. And this actually works best with lemon peels. Because ants can't stand the smell of citrus peels and will therefore avoid them and give them a wide berth.
So you can ward off ants by simply putting a few lemon peels in a piece of household roll, then twisting it shut and putting a rubber band around it to keep it in place. This way you can make sure that the ants don't find their way into the house. So you can put these small lemon bags just everywhere where you see the ants or where they find their way into the house. That can be doors, windows or other small openings. Just put one of these lemon bags and the ants will give it a wide berth and NOT come into the house.
