Perhaps you want to check the correct position or whether there is conductivity in the case of electrical busbars, for example? That is also no problem. Do you want to check the contact pressure or whether the locking is correct? Everything is possible! All sensory, haptic, electrical, electronic or other test methods can be integrated depending on your needs.
There are also no limits to flexibility when it comes to workpiece holders. Even if you want to process not just one, but several workpieces in one workplace, this is no problem. Depending on the application, the hand press can be equipped or expanded with one or more workpiece holders that are controlled manually, semi-automatically or completely automatically. The workpiece holders are standardized and can therefore be easily exchanged (even between different workplaces).
The further processing of sensory data for evaluation and the connection to your databases or your operational software is also possible.
And of course the hand press can be operated stand-alone as well as part of a machine or an entire production line.

Wollen Sie wissen, ob das richtige Werkstück oder die richtige Variante eingelegt ist? Kein Problem! Wollen Sie vielleicht die richtige Lage prüfen oder ob bei Stromleitern beispielsweise eine Leitfähigkeit gegeben ist? Auch das ist kein Problem. Wollen Sie den Anpressdruck kontrollieren oder ob die Verrastung korrekt erfolgt? Alles machbar! Auch bei den Werkstückaufnahmen ist der Flexibilität keine Grenze gesetzt. Auch wenn sie nicht nur eine, sondern mehrere Werkstücke an einem Platz bearbeiten wollen, ist das problemlos möglich. Die Handpresse kann je nach Einsatzfall mit einem oder mehreren Werkstückaufnahmen ausgestattet bzw. erweitert werden, die manuell, halbautomatisch oder komplett automatisch angesteuert werden. Die Werkstückaufnahmen sind standardisiert und lassen sich so (auch zwischen verschiedenen Arbeitsplätzen) problemlos austauschen.
Auch die Weiterverarbeitung sensorischer Daten zur Auswertung und die Anbindung an Ihre Datenbanken oder Ihrer betriebliche Software ist möglich.
Und natürlich kann die Handpresse ebenso Stand-Alone wie als Bestandteil einer Maschine oder einer ganzen Produktionslinie betrieben werden.
