✨One of the best gifts you can give yourself is self-praise and I use this with all of my clients.
✨Whatever words follow “I am…” follow you.
✨When you give yourself self-praise, it will instill that self-belief.
✨Self belief will help you achieve more success.
When other people say words of praise to us, it’s feels really nice however this feeling never lasts. Our mind doesn’t hold onto the praise.
