Old Fashioned English Swiss Roll

This is a video showing how to make a traditional English Swiss Roll, which can be enjoyed as a cake, as a pudding with custard or used in the making of a traditional English Trifle. With only 4 ingredients and baked in under 10 minutes this really is something you sotol try.

4 medium eggs
150g white sugar
100g plain flour
Raspberry jam for the filling, or you can use any jam you have to hand.
