McDonald’s Customer Satisfaction 2021 – Public Survey Results

Real Research conducted a survey to find the voice of the avid McDonald’s customers. How often do they visit McDonald’s restaurants? Do they dine-in or drive-thru? What products are they most satisfied and unsatisfied with? Is the staffs’ service up to customers’ satisfaction? 🔹A greater number of the respondents 33.80% said they visit McDonald’s restaurants once a month. Moreover, 29.73% just visit the restaurant to have a meal.
🔹More so, 28.42% noted that the staff was very fast in catering to their needs.
🔹Nearly 40% of the participants were satisfied with the food they purchased at McDonald’s. For those who were unsatisfied, 33.22% said that they disliked the burgers.
🔹51% have used McDonald’s restaurant drive-thru service. 51.69% like that they can speedily place and complete orders when using the drive-thru service.
🔹94% said McDonald’s should enhance their product quality.
