The city of Philadelphia performed a clear out of Kensington Ave on Aug. 18, 2021. Kensington Ave was cleared of all its litter and homeless encampments that lined the street. This is how the streets looked 3 days after the clear out. I filmed this Sunday Aug. 22, 2021 at 12:45 AM.
