Collecting Tip (PH): Deciding What and When to Buy

I've seen a few videos about collecting tips about how to store, display, and keep track of how many figures we have. So I wanted to share how I personally make choices when it comes to what and when I buy.

These are mostly from personal experience :) It may be different for others out there and I hope this helps. Especially for college students like me with no job yet haha!

Edit: I realised that I used the old Hasbro retail price for basis, but even with the price hike I think $35 - $40 is still a good range to get Black Series figs in general.
