With project number ten not only did I want to give Tammy a sewing machine, I want to get Christine a wheelchair. My concern is the house they are living in is just not strong enough to support either.
However I know Tammy started to build a concrete house using her share of a piece of land sold from parents inheritance. It is just a simple hollow block box, no proper floor, and she has given up on the project as she is now struggling to feed herself and her daughter, yet alone buying building materials and hiring a builder. She regrets starting the project.
I didn’t want to show any interest in her unfinished project, I didn’t even film it originally. But I was trying to assess the cost to finish the project without getting her hopes up, as you see on camera I only committed to a sewing machine. Today I commit to a new house.
Christine will be provided with a wheelchair and a commode to make life easier for her mother so her new sewing business will be a success.
