Hello Bb Trumpets, This is "Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps". It is a popular song written in 1947 by Cuban composer Osvaldo Farrés.
The lyrics of the English version were written by Joe Davis and titled Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps.

Osvaldo Farrés was a regular at his mother's evenings and on many occasions he sat at the piano to play his own songs and even improvise them. In those years, Yonny's sisters were young and had several lovers who wooed them, one of them always invited Olga to dance, who when asked "Will we ever dance?", Always answered "Maybe ... maybe. .. maybe...". One day Farrés, after hearing once more the failed attempt of the lover, sat down at the piano and hummed: "Whenever I ask you when, how and where, you always answer me, maybe, maybe, maybe." And so he began to compose the piece.
