Collection of Stratum Corneum, Epidermis and Dermis for Dermal PK study in Swine model.

Palamur Biosciences - an acclaimed Preclinical Testing facility and the GLP Swine Testing facilities has been performing many Dermal Pharmacokinetics studies in Swine models (both Minipigs and Conventional pigs) using different methods .

These combination of in-vivo and ex-vivo Dermal PK Studies are conducted under extremely ethical protocols conditions as stipulated by CPCSEA committee.

Here in the attched video presentaion, we would like to demonstrate the process of collecting Stratum Corneum followed by the rest of the Epidermis and Dermis for Bioanalytical purpose.
